Regarding the (bogus) outrage over Rush Limbaugh’s minority position in a group to purchase the St. Louis Ram’s (a National Football League team).

Despite calls to the White House this week, the administration did not offer a guest for this weekend’s “Fox News Sunday” to talk about Dunn’s comments, although administration officials appeared on all four Sunday morning shows to speak on various issues.

“President Obama’s going to talk to all the networks,” said former Clinton adviser and administration confidant Terry McAuliffe, who appeared with Rove on Fox News. “He’s going to go out there.  He loves competition.  He loves being engaged in the battle.”

These two statements don’t exactly line up, do they?  (Yes, I realize that McAuliffe doesn’t actually ‘represent’ the White House.)

Whoever buys the business will have to settle some of its debts. While the Movieplex is relatively paid up on its utilities — only $82 in arrears — the city Treasurer’s Office hasn’t received payments from the city’s 1 percent rooms, meals and entertainment tax since April. The state Tax Department also placed a $51,972 lien on the movie theater for unpaid sales and use taxes.

Found here.  It claims not to be photoshopped, but anytime someone says that it isn’t photoshopped it had best be investigated.  I am no expert in photoshop so I suppose I stand to be proven “wrong”.

The White House says more than 1 million jobs have been saved or created so far, a figure that is so murky it can never be verified.

If I had to choose one quote that summarized the story from this report it would be this one (emphasis added).  If I had to choose one word, then it would be “murky”.

There is so much from this report that is worthy of a more careful analysis that I think I’ll make a second post with a more thorough analysis (not that I am an ‘expert’ analyst).
